Art Portfolio Two: Project Ideas
For the last term of the Art and Design course on the Art Portfolio module, I can choose a theme from:
1. Oriental Surprise
2. Primitivism
3. Ultimate Black
As I am not entirely sure yet of which theme I prefer the most, but I am leaning towards the first and the third one, I created two notes of my ideas. In this project, I would like to not only create amazing pieces but also improve my photography and styling skills.
Both of these themes have a lot of potential, even in these quick brainstorms you have a range of ideas you could pursue for either depending on your choice of project. Oriental Surprise gives you more scope in terms of your use of colour, patterning, drawing on historical and contemporary Japanese design. Your notes for Ultimate Black seem to be pointing towards aiming your project outcomes at Haute Couture, which would develop the work you made last term.
