Fashion Trends Spring/Summer 2021

I want my collection to be trendy, so I found the biggest trends for Spring/Summer 2021. I chose the ones I like the most and I could use in my project. 

1. Bralettes
2. Flowy Maxi Dresses
3. Wide Trousers
4. Glitter and sequins
5. Cut-outs (mostly waist and back)
6. Straps
7. Corsets
8. Hoodies
9. Nets, knitted dresses
10. Stripes

All of these trends are matching my idea for this project and I already thought about using some of them before, which makes me happy, as I do not need to drastically change my sketches. Here is some of my favourite outfits that used mentioned earlier elements:

I really like how subtle they are. It does not look like lingerie, just a classy, beautiful top, that can be suitable for most occasions.

They are classy, elegant and makes however is wearing them feel powerful and strong. They can be matched with corset or bralette to exaggerate the look.

It matches my project well as I want to keep it in a fantastic theme, connected to spirituality. It will also be a great look with the makeup I have in mind.

It is a great trend that focus on parts of the bodies we usually hide under tight material to make us look skinnier. This time is was achieved by show the skin and creating an illusion.

I love the idea of corsets returning, as I am a huge fan of them. They look amazing in dresses, with trousers or skirts. You can style them in a lot of different ways and I will absolutely use them in my project.

I like the idea of connecting casual clothing with being elegant at the same time. The hoodies are a great addition to skirts, but also to trousers or as dresses.

They are quick and easy way to add more dangerous look to an outfit. They look great as element of a jacket or a sleeve. It is another element I already considered in my sketches.

The last part of the trends, they are a great addition to any look. We can create an optic illusion of longer legs/torso. Horizontal or Vertical, they are an amazing trend for this Spring and Summer.
